Certified Veterinary Technician
Tyler's journey into veterinary medicine began early. Growing up, his family had a small “zoo” of animals that ignited his passion for the diverse world of pets. During high school, he took the initiative to start working at a local clinic, which solidified his commitment to this field.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his own pets, which include an impressive collection of 6 tarantulas. He's also an avid video gamer and a guitarist, finding balance in these hobbies and passions.
Tyler has a unique perspective on life as he is colorblind. This distinct characteristic hasn’t hindered his work but rather adds a different layer to how he approaches problem-solving in the veterinary field.
He specializes in animal behavior, exotic pets, and client education. He is particularly known for his work with nervous dogs, helping them feel more at ease and improving their overall experience.
His nickname at work is "The Nervous Dog Whisperer"
What drives Tyler is a deep desire to enhance the well-being of both our clients and their pets. His key to success lies in my commitment to making a positive impact in every aspect of his work.
Many people are surprised by the wide range of tasks involved in veterinary care, from performing surgeries and taking radiographs to drawing blood, administering medications, and providing end-of-life care. The variety and depth of responsibilities can be eye-opening for those not familiar with the field.
