Morgan Sarff

Client Service Representative

Morgan's passion for working with animals began early on a family farm, where she was deeply involved in 4-H activities. Starting with showing pigs at age 8 and later expanding to cattle, she realized her lifelong dedication to animal care. This early exposure to animal husbandry set the stage for her career in veterinary medicine.

When she's not at work, she cherishes time spent on the farm with her family and enjoy outdoor adventures with her two dogs, Sophie, a Mini English Bulldog, and Annie, an Aussie. She's also a big supporter of her brother’s racing career, whether he's on the track or she's cheering him on from afar.

Growing up, Morgan was inspired by Dr. George, who worked with exotics at the zoo. This admiration has driven her to pursue a degree in Biological Sciences with a focus on Zoology from Illinois State University, graduating in Spring 2025. Her ultimate goal is to work with exotic animals and make that childhood dream a reality.

At work, she excels in handling health papers, bringing a positive attitude, and demonstrating a passionate commitment to both clients and patients. Her dedication and enthusiasm for animal care are evident in everything she does. Morgan's work nickname is "Mo".

Her immense love for animals and people fuels her professional journey. She thrives on challenges and is motivated by the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those she works with. Her heart and passion guide her in providing exceptional care and support.
